Resetting your MS Office and Email password is a self help process, where you will confirm details you supplied for account recovery when you first logged in.

1. Open the web page https://www.office.com then click "Sign in".
   
   
   
    
2. Type in your university email address (normally firstname.surname@pku.org.uk), then click "Next".
   
   
   
    
3. Click "Forgotten my password".
   
   
   
    
4. Check your email address is correct, then enter the "human check" characters and click "Next":
   
   
   
    
5. Select the "Email my alternative email address" then click "Email":
   
   
   
    
6. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
